Hi,
I am from India. I have done my 4 years degree in Engineering. I wanted to travel the world and this is when I came across English teaching. I have been very good in English since my childhood. I am planning to take up TESOL course. I have seen 10 – 15 videos of yours about TESOL, Korea, saving money and other stuff. Can you please let me know if this TESOL will help me in getting a job abroad as me being an Indian, I feel it will be difficult. If not Korea, which other places will hire me?? I have been taking private tutions for children from 6 months. But I don’t have any certified experience. So can you please clear these doubts for me??
Please write back to me. I will be eagerly awaiting your reply.
Thanks you so much for reading my message.
P.S: you don’t look like you are nearing 40s 😉
Hi there. Nothing is impossible! In most countries, visas are reserved only for certain countries to be legally allowed to teach English in their country. That’s the issue. Not a matter of if one can speak English or not per se. The best advice I can give you is to contact a reputable recruiter and see what they have to say. They want to help you since it’s how they make their keep. Give it a shot!
